Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSHF) Cables

LS0H cable jacketing is composed of thermoplastic or thermoset compounds that release a very limited amount of smoke and no halogen when exposed to sources of heat or flame. Essentially, halogen-free cables do not produce a dangerous combination of gas, acid or toxic smoke when exposed to flame.

This type of cable is increasingly required by the relevant authorities to protect people, particularly in poorly ventilated areas.
